I still don't know what to write

I still don't know what to write and that sounds funny as I've always considered myself a writer in some sense of the word. In high school and jr high I was forever writing scratches of poetry and story ideas in a notebook I carried with me. My Jr/Sr High creative writing teacher, Mrs. Bean, always said to start writing and then something will come to you.

I don't know where my creative juices have gone to. I don't know if they have slowly drained out of my body as I've aged or if the talent fairy relcaimed them sometime in my 20's as I slept. I wish I could remember but I just can't anymore.

To be fair, I haven't really put any effort in writing in a long time. Rachael has started a blog to do just that so I guess that might be yet another reason why I decided to start one. Perhaps as I'm writing about my life that seems to have little consequence to me I'll find some of the creatvity that seems to have taken a permanent vacation.

Hey, way to bow to peer pressure! Welcome to the club. :-)

At least in my (very brief) experience with blogging, it's less about what you actually spit out and more about all the things you find yourself contemplating in the search for something interesting to say.

Not that I'm always interesting, lol, but I've got all sorts of conversations going on in my head now that never would have occurred to me before.

I've got you bookmarked! :-D

It won't be long before your writers block is gone. Keep at it.
