Elevator Etiquette

Dear people who try to run me over as I get out of the elevator,
Hello. I know that it is going to come as quite a shock to all of you but there is ettiquette
to getting on and getting off of the elevator. I was taught by mother when I was very young that if you are waiting for the elevator door to open you stand a little to the side so as not to make the people getting of the elevator feel like they are going to run you over. So MOVE ASIDE people and give me 5 seconds to get off the elevator then you can run on since you're so sure you will miss it.
Secondly, if you are in an elevator and you notice someone has their hands full with say, FOOD, then ask them what floor they want and push it for them. This isn't that hard.
Third, BE OBSERVANT. If someone has already pushed the call button (those buttons outside the elevator that have an arrow pointing up and down) DON'T PUSH IT AGAIN MORON. This will not make the elevator come any faster. Its still going to be slow.
If everyone would follow these very simple rules then it will make all of us happier and better looking. Ok maybe not the better looking part but I, at least, will be happier.

Thank you

I think it would behoove our employer to create handouts to give to the Western Kansas folks. That way, they would have instructions on how to use the elevator. Oh..and maybe throw in instructions on how to use the escalator as well.
