A visitor

Last week I had a visitor from Kansas City from Monday night until Saturday morning. One of my really good friends came for a computer conference and stayed a little longer so we could hang out. I was so glad to see him and have a great time together like we used to when I lived in KC. We went to the Georgia Aquarium and had a great time looking at all the animals there. We watched Hairspray and parts of Dream Girls. It was funny but I really wanted to go see a movie with him so that is exactly what we did. We went to see Enchanted and may I say it was the cutest movie I had seen in a while. I LOVED it and I am so glad that I got to see it. I want to buy it when it comes out on DVD and I probably will. I highly recommend it. We had a great time together and I am so glad that he came to see me.

Enchanted is the only movie Paul and I have seen in a theater since Peter was born and I LOVED it too! I'm glad you had such a fun time.

Fun times! Do you think it's a movie that would be appropriate for, say, 3 -1/2 and 5yo girls? Anything scary? Anything too kissy? Uno wants to see a movie for her birthday (as soon as Dos is no longer sick), but I'd rather not go to Alvin & the Chipmunks and I don't know that there's anything else playing that's kid-friendly. :-P

Would this visitor rhyme with Wave?

I was wondering the same thing. I'd love to take wee girl to something I wouldn't mind sitting through for her first actual movie experience, and this looks too cute. I think BigScottishJerk.Com might even like it too. :)

Did you love the movie version of Hairspray? I adore it, but I haven't seen the stage version.
