Book Worm Wednesday

Today children we are going to talk about Stephanie Meyers new book The Host.

I had pre-ordered this book from Amazon so I was very excited to return from my trip to KC to find it in my house. :-) That made me happy. I didn't start it right away and I actually had a hard time getting into it at first. It took me about 100 pages to really get into the story and before I was staying up WAY too late to read.

It was an interesting premise and I would encourage anyone who has liked the Twilight series should read this book that has been billed as her "adult" book. I think it brings new meaning to the phrase that the eyes are the window to the soul. Very interesting.

I enjoyed reading this book. I thought it was very interesting. Stephenie Meyer does a good job of making the reader will get addicted and acquanted with the characters of her books. I enjoyed the characters and the story very much. I read it from nine in the morning until four thirty p.m. on Saturday. It was awesome just to read for an entire day!
